Programs

Three programs, one goal: close the distance.

Each CaringFAN program targets a different part of the gap between communities and the nurses who care for them.

Editable: these are starter program concepts based on your mission — refine names, details, and add real launch dates as programs stand up.
01

Neighbor Nurse Network

Pairs local nurses with community members for regular check-ins, health guidance, and a trusted first call before a small concern becomes an emergency room visit.

Who it's for

Seniors living alone, new parents, and neighbors managing chronic conditions who want a trusted nurse relationship close to home.

02

Nurse Wellbeing Circles

Peer support groups and resources built for nurses, by nurses — addressing burnout before it forces good people out of the profession.

Who it's for

Working nurses across Texas hospitals, clinics, and home care who want a confidential, judgment-free peer network.

03

Community Health Table

Town-hall style forums that bring residents and local nurses face-to-face with health officials, so community needs directly shape local care decisions.

Who it's for

Community organizers, local leaders, and anyone who wants a direct line between their neighborhood and how care is delivered there.
